Bye Bye Taman Markisah

I bought a doubble storey house from a friend in 2007 for investment. I have not stayed in this house before. But, over the last 2 years more than 20 peoples had the previllege to check into this wonderful house :).
To make things sweeter, my guests are not just Malaysian's but sexy Vietnamese girls & handsome Nepalese guys. Really a 1Malaysia house.
I have finally sold the house lately and make some profit of it. A good motivation for me to further pursue my property investment interest...

Bye bye Taman Markish....

Remembering My First Home

I bought an apartment in 2004 (University Place near Bukit Gambir) and I have many sweet memories there. I got married with Vshui in 2005. Ryan & Darren were 'manufactured' there too.
It is kind of a small apatment around 900sqft and as my family grows bigger, I decided to sell that apartment and move back to Butterworth to stay near my parents. I have no regrets selling the house as sweet memories will always be cherished and last forever in my mind since I know that I will never be able to go back to that Home again.

I don't think Ryan & Darren will be able to recall their so called "production house" after some time.....

More photos to come tonight (photos of my 1st home after moving out). Stay tune!

2009 Annual Dinner

My boss's first comment when he saw me was "you look fat". I couldn't agree more with him after seeing my photo today which was taken by my friend.

This is the outcome of the regular eat out at the Tua Pui Kia store and also home cook meal from mum at home.

Anyway, the Fat Guy brings Good Luck where in this year's annual dinner I manage to get a lucky draw (bread toaster) and 2 vouchers (from winnning 2 games). Not bad huh..

The dinner was held in Hard Rock Hotel.

Food: not so good for Penang standard. Varieties are limited maybe due to budget :).

Environment: Pretty nice & cool.

Yin Heng's Blog Birthday

Today is the birth of my own blog. Normally, I go into other peoples' blog. The trigger point for me to start my own blog is when I started reading into my sister-in-law, Mindy's blog (http://mindys-ramblings.blogspot.com/ . Kind of cool.

The blog becomes a diary of your life which is easily maintained and more importantly, it gives me a room to express myself in my own language and comfort. No publisher will ever want to publish my stories but my blog will always be willingly to hear from me.

Happy Birthday to Yin Heng's Blog (TOMORROW WILL BE BETTER THAN TODAY). Nov 9th 2009, is another historic moment of my own life.
